By accessing or using the Longetra platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Longetra provides an AI companion, Digital Twin memory system, family wellbeing hub, and related features to support independent ageing. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency response.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on how cancellation affects billing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide, or use it in any way that could harm Longetra, its users, or third parties.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longetra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
