We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, personalise your AI companion and Digital Twin, generate wellbeing insights for authorised family members, and detect safeguarding concerns.

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with family members and care coordinators you explicitly authorise, and with service providers who help us operate the platform under strict confidentiality obligations.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and apply role-based access controls so only authorised parties can view your data.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
