Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your Longetra subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.

Refunds

We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your first payment. Refund requests after this period are considered on a case-by-case basis — email billing@longetra.com with your account details.

Plan changes

Upgrading or downgrading your plan takes effect immediately, with billing adjusted on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the current billing period.
