Bring your organisation to Longetra
For care homes, home care providers, community organisations, housing associations, charities, local authorities and NHS partners — companionship and wellbeing monitoring for the people you support, with the reporting your funders expect.
Applying doesn’t create an active account or commit you to anything.
Apply for an account
We’ll review your application and email your main contact once it’s been looked at.
What your organisation gets
The people you support, in one place
Add the residents, clients, members or tenants your organisation works with, each with a recorded lawful basis for holding their data. Your team sees the language your sector uses — a care home has residents, a community organisation has members.
A team with the right access
Invite coordinators and companions by email. Each one gets only what their role needs, enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. Companions carry a DBS check that your administrators verify before any visit is assigned.
Outcomes you can report on
Wellbeing trends, loneliness indicators, visit records and safeguarding escalations across everyone you support — the evidence commissioners and funders ask for.
How joining works
Organisations are approved by hand rather than signing themselves up. Your staff will hold data about vulnerable adults, so we check who we’re giving that to.
- 1
You apply
Tell us about your organisation and who should administer it. Takes about a minute.
- 2
We review by hand
Every application is read by a person, usually within two working days. Nothing is automated and no account is active in the meantime.
- 3
You set up your team
On approval your administrator gets a single-use link to set a password, complete the organisation profile, invite staff and add the people you support.
